The breakfast experience at the first organic hotel in Kleinwalsertal

Start your day with a cup of tea from Sonnentor, a company that has been inspiring us with organic herbs and spices since 1988. You can enjoy a fine cup of tea not only at breakfast, also throughout the day at our tea bars in Haus Chesa and the entrance area of the chalet.

Our honey comes from Styria, the home of our senior manager, a region known not only for its delicious apples and fruit brandies but also for its marvelous organic honey. Additionally,  we provide our guests with honey from the Kleinwalsertal valley, sourched from a total of 20 bee colonies..

But it´s not only our teas and honey that are local. Many of our fresh ingridients also come from nearby organic farms. From the Kulmer-Stixpeter organic fruit farm in Eastern Styria to Martin’s Hof in Buch (Vorarlberg) and the Feurstein organic farm in Kleinwalsertal , we source our products from farms that prioritise quality and sustainability.

Our Ayurvedic breakfast corner features a variety of hot and cold cereal porridges flavoured with spices and fruits to help balance your doshas and support your digestive process.

Indulge in our  homemade vegan breads and spreads, as well as jams made from our own fallen fruit, with no added sugar.
